Pre-Arrival/Departure Cleaning
Your home can be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and restored once again after your departure. That turnover process usually involves washing bedding/linens/towels, beds remade, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, as well as vacuuming, dusting, and general clean-up. A restocking of paper products, bathroom tissue, paper towels, etc., as it may be needed, can also be provided as part of our service. This service requires a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice and your planned itinerary. We are also available to do a minimal pre-arrival grocery shopping in preparation for your visit. Your list will need to be emailed four-plus days in advance of your arrival.
Home and Office Organization
If your office or home is filled with years of accumulated clutter and you need some extra help to get rid of things or reorganize existing spaces, including garages, bedrooms, basements, kitchens, home offices, toy rooms, and just about anywhere, we can be on board to help. Cowgirls are trained for the "critical eye" to miraculously change clutter into order!
Move In/Out Cleaning
Moving can be exhausting and stressful. The Cowgirl crew has developed methods to alleviate some of those issues. We can help pre-sort and organize by categories before packing, which transitions into smoother unpacking. We can also perform a final clean after you leave. If we are unpacking, we can organize your belongings into appropriate rooms, closets, drawers, kitchens, etc. With either service, for moving out or moving in, we do a careful walk-through of the home with our clients so we are prepared to meet all needs and objectives. This service requires as much advanced notice as possible to allow time for planning and preparation.
Deep/Spring Cleaning
Deep cleans and spring/fall cleaning consist of getting to those areas that don't fall into the routine cleaning categories: inside drawers, cabinets, under furniture that can be moved with some limitations, behind and under washer/dryers, and refrigerators. We are equipped to do deep cleans in garages and sheds, depending on what is needed, and we will work with any "special projects" as an individual may request.
Basic Services:
Laundry
Towels and sheets only. Personal laundry is only available upon request, with specific instructions for items to be laundered. We will also take items to your preferred professional cleaners.
Cabinets/Drawers
Will receive a cursory check and may be gently reorganized.
Fridge
Wiped out during regular maintenance cleaning. If clients intend to be absent from the home for longer than a few days, any food that will spoil will be thrown out, unless otherwise instructed. All shelves will be wiped down and items organized in the refrigerator.
Oven
Self-cleaning ovens will only be operated when windows can be opened, and there are no animals present in the home. Otherwise, the oven will be wiped as thoroughly as possible.
